By accessing the website, submitting information, placing an order, booking an appointment, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Disclaimer, and other applicable policies published on the website.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase any AnkShkti service.

AnkShkti reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service or appointment type.
3. Free Numerology Calculators
AnkShkti may provide free calculators including:

- Mobile Number
- Car Number
- House Number
- Email ID Number
- Vehicle Number
Free calculator results are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not guarantee any particular result.
4. Customer Eligibility
Paid services and consultation appointments are intended for customers aged 18 years or older.
By placing an order or booking an appointment, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into the applicable transaction under Indian law.

Depending on the service, AnkShkti may require:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate and complete.
6. Marriage Compatibility
Marriage Compatibility may require information relating to both individuals.

A customer providing information relating to another person is responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate authority or permission to provide that information.
7. Baby Name Suggestion
Baby Name Suggestion may require:
- Parent’s Name
- Baby’s Date of Birth
- Baby’s Gender
- Baby Name, if available
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
Information concerning a child should be provided by a parent, legal guardian, or person with appropriate authority.
8. Consultation Information
Individual consultation appointments may require:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
Couple consultation appointments may require equivalent information for both individuals.
9. Appointment Services
Call Appointment
A numerology consultation conducted through a voice call.
Duration: 30 minutes
Video Call Appointment
A numerology consultation conducted through WhatsApp Video Call.
Duration: 30 minutes
Personal Meet Appointment
An in-person numerology consultation at the AnkShkti service location.
Duration: 60 minutes

An in-person numerology consultation for two individuals at the AnkShkti service location.

10. Consultation Language
All AnkShkti consultation appointments are conducted in Hindi.
The consultation language is fixed in advance and is not selectable by the customer during booking.
11. Appointment Booking
Customers may select an available appointment date and time through the booking system.
An appointment becomes confirmed after successful booking and payment confirmation where payment is required.
Customers should carefully check the appointment type, date, time, duration, and applicable price before completing payment.
12. Appointment Confirmation Email
After successful booking, the customer may receive an appointment confirmation email containing relevant appointment information.
Where available, the appointment email will include a Manage Appointment option.
The customer may use the Manage Appointment option to:
- View appointment details
- Cancel the appointment
- Reschedule the appointment
13. Appointment Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule their appointment any number of times, subject to the availability of appointment slots.
There is no fixed limit on the number of rescheduling requests.
Each rescheduling request remains subject to available dates and time slots.
Customers should use the Manage Appointment option provided in the appointment email whenever available.
14. Appointment Cancellation by Customer
The following cancellation rules apply:
Cancellation 48 Hours or More Before Appointment
If the customer cancels the appointment 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before Appointment
If the customer cancels the appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the eligible refund will be processed after a 10% cancellation deduction.
Same-Day Cancellation
If the customer cancels the appointment on the same calendar day on which the appointment is scheduled, no refund will be provided.
These rules apply to all six appointment services.
15. Appointment Cancellation by AnkShkti
AnkShkti reserves the right to cancel a confirmed appointment at any time, including on the same day as the scheduled appointment.
AnkShkti may cancel an appointment without providing advance notice where necessary.
If AnkShkti cancels a paid appointment, the customer will receive a full refund.
Where applicable, the customer may alternatively be offered the option to reschedule the appointment.
16. No-Show
Customers are expected to be available at the scheduled appointment time.
For online appointments, the customer must be reachable through the applicable communication method.
For Personal Meet appointments, the customer must arrive at the scheduled location at the scheduled time.
Failure to attend or remain available may affect the ability to provide the complete consultation within the booked time.
17. Late Arrival
If a customer arrives late or becomes available late for an online consultation, the appointment may still end at the originally scheduled end time.
Late arrival does not automatically extend the appointment duration.
18. WhatsApp Video Call
Video Call Appointment and Couple Video Call Appointment are conducted through WhatsApp Video Call.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a correct mobile number
- Maintaining a functioning WhatsApp account
- Having a suitable device
- Having adequate internet connectivity
- Keeping the device available at the appointment time
Technical issues relating to the customer’s device, internet connection, WhatsApp account, or network may affect the consultation.
19. Personal Meet Appointments
Personal Meet Appointment and Couple Personal Meet Appointment are conducted at:

Customers are responsible for reaching the location at the scheduled appointment time.
20. Appointment Duration
The applicable appointment durations are:

21. Pricing
Prices are dynamic and are displayed on the respective service or booking pages before payment.
Prices may be changed, updated, discounted, or modified from time to time.
The applicable price displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction, subject to any promotional or combo terms shown on the relevant page.
22. Payment
Payments for paid services are processed through Razorpay.
Customers should review the selected service, applicable price, appointment date and time where applicable, and information entered before completing payment.
23. Digital Report Delivery
Digital reports follow the general process:
Payment → Order Confirmation → Automatic Report Generation → PDF Email Delivery
Where automated generation is enabled, the PDF is intended to be generated and emailed after successful payment processing.
24. E-Book Delivery
The Numerology AnkShkti E-Book is a digital product delivered electronically, generally in PDF format.
No physical shipping applies to the e-book.
25. Incorrect Customer Information
Customers must carefully verify all information before submitting an order.
If incorrect information is submitted and a report is generated using that information, AnkShkti is not responsible for resulting differences in the report.
No free correction or refund is guaranteed solely because incorrect information was submitted by the customer.
26. Intellectual Property
The AnkShkti name, website, original reports, e-books, written content, graphics, designs, logos, calculators, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchased digital content is provided for personal use.
Customers must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, or commercially exploit AnkShkti content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
27. Nature of Numerology Services
AnkShkti provides numerology-based reports, analyses, suggestions, consultations, and educational content.
These services are provided for informational, educational, personal-interest, and guidance purposes.
No particular result or future event is guaranteed.
28. No Professional Advice
AnkShkti’s services do not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological, tax, or other professional advice.
Customers should consult an appropriately qualified professional where professional advice is required.
29. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the AnkShkti Privacy Policy.
30. Third-Party Services
AnkShkti may use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, communication, website operation, advertising, analytics, security, and other technical purposes.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
31. Website Availability
AnkShkti aims to maintain website availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

33. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
