Appointment Cancellation

Less than 48 hours before appointment: Refund after 10% deduction.
Same-day cancellation: No refund.

AnkShkti reserves the right to cancel an appointment at any time, including on the same day, and may do so without advance notice.
If AnkShkti cancels a paid appointment, the customer will receive a full refund.
Where appropriate, the customer may be offered rescheduling instead.
