Refund & Cancellation Policy

As we provide personalized digital numerology reports and consultation services, every report is prepared specifically for the customer based on the information provided. Therefore, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on AnkShkti are final.

Since our products are personalized digital services, no refunds will be issued once payment has been successfully completed and report preparation has started.

2. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before the report generation process begins.

Once the analysis has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Duplicate Payment

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be verified and refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the order is not successfully placed, the amount is generally reversed automatically by the payment provider or bank. If the issue persists, please contact us.

5. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details such as Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and other required information.

AnkShkti is not responsible for incorrect reports generated due to inaccurate information submitted by the customer.
